The 2012 TIC Americas Finals will take place on April 10-13 at the Centro Internacional de Convenciones y Exposiciones las Américas in Cartagena, Colombia.

3. Accommodation for the Finals
YABT will provide accommodation for one person from each Finalist Team in Cartagena, arriving in Cartagena on April 9 and departing April 14, 2012 (check out June 14, 2012), in standard rooms (according to availability) at the Playa Club Hotel. YABT will make room assignments only for Finalists that YABT sponsors. Additional Team Members attending who wish to make different arrangements must do so at their own expense. This includes any arrangements for single rooms, preferred roommate, or other changes different from those provided by YABT.

4.- About Cartagena International flights will arrive to "El Dorado International Airport (BOG)" in Bogota, the capital of Colombia. Travelers must make a connection to "Rafael Nuñez Airport (CTG)" in Cartagena.

The currency in Colombia is the Colombian Peso (COP). 1 USD = 1,800 COP approximately.

The official language in Colombia is Spanish. However, as an international event, the TIC Americas Finals, teams presentations, and other activities will be conducted in English.
